Meet Our Founder

eidra (Dee) Boles - Stephens, the Founder of Women of Excellence Ministries is the innovative mother of four presently ranging in age from 36 to 24. She knew the call of God into the ministry in her early teens and after many challenges, God brought her to a place of being able to pursue that call with an eager and consistent desire to move forward and to please Him. She is a gifted teacher and comes forth in a humorous manner which enables the Word of God to be understood clearly.

She received formal ministry training through many avenues including Theological & Historical Studies at Oral Roberts University and has been a licensed and ordained minister for the last fifteen years. God also has blessed her with many wonderful mentors in the body of Christ whom she attributes much growth and strengthening in her own life.

She has spent many years in corporate America in the Human Resource and Accounting field as well as teaching elementary age students and then moving forward to become a Principal. She currently owns New Beginnings Consulting, LLC a business consulting company based in Beverly Hills, CA which she started in 2008.

In 2005 she founded Greer Christian Fellowship in Greer, SC. She has been Worship Leader, founder of a children's choir as well as founder of a women's acapella group named "To God Be the Glory," and a Praise & Worship group called, “Embrace.” She has been a Counselor, Mentor and taught Self-Esteem and Character Building classes to at risk youth as well as Financial Management Seminars and Leadership Training to the Body of Christ.

She was given the vision to minister to the increasing needs of women in 1992 and held weekly Bible studies in her home beginning in 1995. In 1997 she publicly formed Women of Excellence Ministries, Inc. This ministry conducts conferences, seminars, plays, events and support groups for women, men, youth and children throughout the year. She also leads a Love & Relationships Discussion Group and teaches a weekly Bible Study on Monday nights in Culver City, CA.

Dee has authored her first book, “God’s got a Man Just for You,” and is currently working on the second publication. She debuted her new book in October of 2013 at the “God’s got a Man Just for You,” women’s event in Los Angeles, California. This work is her own inspiring and amazing journey that will lead you to laugh, cry, ponder your own life as well as motivate and encourage you to move forward in God no matter what challenges you may face. Her story reconfirms that God has His own unique plan for your life.

She has ministered on various subjects by way of seminars, conferences, guest speakers engagements, weekly radio programs entitled, "Excelling in the Word," and through a quarterly newsletter which bears the same name.

Dee is dynamic in her own right. You will be blessed, inspired, enthused, encouraged and motivated as it is her passion to touch the lives of men and women across the world.
